25. :MEASure:FREQuency

Command Format:

:MEASure:FREQuency {<range>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

Function:

The command sets the voltage range of the input signal under frequency

measurement.

Parameter:

<range> Discrete {0|1|2|3|4} 2

Explanations:

The available frequency range is 20Hz~1MHz.

For the parameter range, refer to Table 3-5.

Example:

Sets the voltage range under frequency measurement to 20 V.

Command Format:

:MEASure:FREQuency:RANGe?

Function:

The command queries the AC voltage range used under frequency measurement.

Explanations:

The range here is the same with the range of AC voltage, see Table 3-5.
